Summary
FELIX GLASS’s heat-resistant glass withstands high temps and thermal shock, ideal for industrial furnaces, thermal imaging systems and high-temperature equipment windows.

In high-temperature industrial production scenarios, such as metallurgical furnaces, chemical equipment, thermal imaging detection systems, and industrial ovens, the demand for glass materials that can withstand high temperatures and thermal shock is crucial. Ordinary glass will quickly crack and break under high temperature or rapid temperature changes, which not only affects production, but also brings safety risks. FELIX GLASS’s industrial-grade heat-resistant glass is specially designed for high-temperature environments, with excellent heat resistance and thermal stability, to meet the needs of various high-temperature industrial applications.
Our heat-resistant glass mainly includes borosilicate heat-resistant glass and quartz heat-resistant glass two categories, each with its own characteristics to adapt to different temperature levels and application scenarios. Borosilicate heat-resistant glass has a low thermal expansion coefficient, excellent thermal shock resistance, can withstand long-term use at 500°C high temperature, and will not crack even when heated to 500°C and suddenly cooled to room temperature. It is suitable for industrial oven observation windows, boiler sight glasses, laboratory high-temperature equipment and other scenarios.
Quartz heat-resistant glass has better high-temperature resistance, can withstand long-term high temperature of 1100°C, and has extremely high light transmittance in the ultraviolet and infrared bands, with stable chemical properties, acid and alkali corrosion resistance. It is widely used in high-temperature industrial furnaces, thermal imaging detection systems, semiconductor manufacturing high-temperature equipment, and solar thermal power generation equipment, as optical windows and observation components.
In the production process of heat-resistant glass, we adopt high-purity raw materials and precision molding process, and carry out high-temperature annealing treatment to eliminate internal stress of the glass, ensuring that the glass will not deform or crack under high temperature and thermal shock. At the same time, we can carry out customized processing according to customer needs, including cutting into special sizes, drilling, edge grinding, strengthening treatment, etc., to meet the installation and use requirements of different industrial equipment.
In addition to high temperature resistance and thermal shock resistance, our industrial heat-resistant glass also has good mechanical strength and optical performance. The surface is smooth and flat, with high light transmittance, which is convenient for operators to observe the internal production status of the equipment without blocking the light. After special strengthening treatment, the impact resistance of the glass is further improved, reducing the risk of breakage in use and improving production safety.
We strictly control the quality of each batch of heat-resistant glass products, conduct high-temperature performance test, thermal shock test, pressure resistance test and other tests in accordance with industrial standards, and only products that pass the test can be delivered. Our heat-resistant glass has been widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, electric power, food processing, semiconductor and other industries, and has been recognized by customers for its stable performance and reliable quality.
For industrial customers with special high-temperature requirements, FELIX GLASS can provide personalized customized heat-resistant glass solutions, adjust material formulas and processing techniques according to the actual use temperature, environment and equipment requirements, to ensure that the glass can operate stably in harsh high-temperature environments. We are committed to providing safe, reliable and high-performance heat-resistant glass products for industrial production, helping customers improve production efficiency and ensure production safety.
