A: We supply full series of optical-grade substrate materials for all custom optical components, covering visible light, ultraviolet, laser, infrared and harsh marine/extreme temperature working scenarios:
- 1. BK7 / K9 optical glass: Standard cost-effective substrate for general visible-light imaging equipment, machine vision inspection and indoor surveillance optical parts.
- 2. Fused silica quartz glass: Low thermal expansion & low laser absorption, ideal for UV spectroscopic instruments and high-power laser transmission systems.
- 3. Borosilicate glass: Excellent thermal shock resistance, stable performance under -35°C ~ +85°C temperature fluctuation for outdoor industrial monitoring assemblies.
- 4. Monocrystalline sapphire: Mohs 9 ultra-hard, scratch, salt fog and acid-alkali corrosion resistant, widely used in deep-sea ROV domes and coastal long-term monitoring cameras.
- Infrared special materials: ZnSe, ZnS for CO2 laser, infrared detection and thermal imaging optical windows.
