A: Yes, Felix Glass supports full OEM and ODM customization service for optical glass components and tempered display cover glass. We can realize customized manufacturing according to your finished product requirements, covering ODM design collaboration and OEM production based on your drawings & specifications.

For OEM service: You provide 2D/3D drawings, dimension tolerances, optical requirements, coating specification and quality acceptance criteria. We follow your technical document to select glass substrate, carry out CNC cutting, edge polishing, drilling, chamfering, functional coating, silk-screen logo printing and full inspection. We can print your brand logo, part number or marking directly on glass surface. The finished products are manufactured under your specification and can be shipped with neutral packaging or custom branded packaging as requested.

For ODM service: If you have application goals but no finalized drawing, our optical engineering team will work with you from product concept stage. We help select glass material, design optical coating, optimize mechanical structure and propose manufacturing solution. We will produce prototypes for your testing, revise design based on your feedback, and finally move to mass production.

Customizable items include glass material grade, glass thickness, overall dimension, irregular shape, hole position, edge finish type, AR/AG/AF or reflective coating, silk printing, surface quality grade and packaging method. We support customized batch size from R&D single prototype to large-volume mass production. Our OEM/ODM service covers automotive display glass, industrial touch cover glass, solar mirror glass, optical windows and other optical components. All customized products will be tracked with independent batch records, and we can issue material certificates and inspection reports for every shipment.
