Our production workshop reserves dedicated small-run production line for prototype manufacturing, so small orders will not be squeezed out by bulk mass orders.

The price of prototype samples will be different from mass unit price, because small batches share higher setup cost including CNC tooling preparation, coating chamber setup and inspection programming. We will clearly separate sample quotation and mass production quotation for your reference. Once your prototype testing is passed and you place formal bulk OEM order, we can negotiate sample cost refund policy based on total order volume.

After prototype sample manufacturing, we can provide testing reports of dimension, optical performance and surface quality together with samples.
