A: We have fixed standardized production lead time for custom optical components, the exact cycle will be adjusted according to product structural complexity, special substrate material and multi-layer coating requirements:
- 1. Single-piece prototype sample order: 3–5 working days, including CNC forming, optical polishing, coating and full optical inspection;
- 2. Small & large bulk mass production orders: Standard 10–15 working days, if the product requires special thick-wall pressure-resistant structure, sapphire substrate or multi-layer composite coating, the cycle will be extended moderately according to technical difficulty.
