A: Yes, Felix Glass fully accepts third-party quality inspection for OEM bulk optical component orders, and we are familiar with international third-party inspection standards widely used in optical and glass manufacturing industries. We understand that many industrial customers, automotive suppliers and energy equipment manufacturers require independent verification to eliminate quality risks before goods leave factory, so we support and actively cooperate with your designated third-party inspection institutions.

The third-party inspection can be arranged at our factory before shipment. The inspection scope can be fully customized as your requirement, covering dimension tolerance measurement, optical performance testing including transmittance, reflectivity, coating uniformity and spectral curve test, surface defect inspection for scratches, digs and bubbles, coating adhesion test, hardness test and packaging integrity check. We will provide all necessary testing tools, measuring equipment and professional on-site technical support for your inspectors during the whole inspection process.
