Description

ITO Glass Electrodes | Lab Electrochemistry Conductive Glass Slides

Felix Glass supplies electrochemistry-grade ITO glass (Indium Tin Oxide coated glass) for academic & industrial labs. Made by magnetron sputtering of ITO thin film onto borosilicate/quartz substrate, it combines low sheet resistance, high visible transmittance, excellent chemical stability. It serves as a transparent working electrode for electrochemical and spectroelectrochemical measurements, widely used for cyclic voltammetry(CV), chronoamperometry, spectroelectrochemistry, sensors & photoelectrochemical cells.

FAQ

What is ITO glass used for in electrochemistry? Transparent conductive working electrode for CV, spectroelectrochemistry, sensors & photoelectrochemistry.
Sheet resistance choice? 10–20 Ω/sq for general electrochemistry; lower resistance (5 Ω/sq) for high current.
Can I clean with ethanol/acetone? Yes; stable in common lab solvents & dilute electrolytes.
Standard sizes? 20×20 mm, 25×75 mm, 50×50 mm; custom cutting available.
Quartz vs borosilicate substrate? Quartz for UV/photoelectrochemistry; borosilicate for general use.
Do you offer patterned ITO? Yes, custom etching/patterning for electrode arrays.
